Step4Change is a project about exploring different types of LGBTIQA+ activism. The initiative for the project arises from the desire to give young LGBTQIA+ people a safe space in which they can acquire new competencies and grow personally. The Youth Exchange is a dynamic 10 days program focusing on: LGBTQIA+, gender and sexuality topics, human rights activism, exploring local area activism, street actions, and creative activist initiatives.

Solidarity Mission Academy offers 5 spots for active, creative and motivated members between 18-26 years old who are members of the #LGBT+ community or actively involved with the life of the community. There is also 1 spot for the group leader (18-30 years old) who will take an active role in the whole program. See more criteria and information in the info letter. #Note1 ⚠️: For the Greek team, with your participation to this program, you are signing up for taking part in all the activities and stages of the program, including the follow-up period after the Youth Exchange.
During this period, with our support, you will organise local actions/workshops in Greece for the members and community of Solidarity Mission to spread your gained knowledge, results and experience.

#Note2 ⚠️: The group leader takes part both in the APV and in the Youth Exchange.

#Costs 💶:
– Accommodation and food are covered 100%
– Travel costs covered 100% up to the maximum reimbursement of 275€ 
– Participation fee to the hosting organization: 50€
